After graduating from the University of Perpetual Help with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Cess began her career in the BPO industry, working with clients like AT&T and Macy’s. She quickly moved through various roles—from an agent to a team leader and then a trainer. With a strong passion for training and development, she spent several years creating curriculum and building tech stacks to enhance learning experiences.

This passion for growth and development led Cess to join the PeopleSERVE team as a Digital Engagement Manager. In this role, she looks forward to using her creativity to drive impactful digital strategies and effectively engage audiences.

Cess was born and raised in Dubai, UAE, and now lives in Manila, Philippines. She loves learning new languages and exploring new cuisines. Fun fact: she has a huge appetite and is known for being able to enjoy surprisingly large portions of food!
