Javier joined the RoboTalent.IQ team with a strong foundation in law, having earned his law degree in 2023. Before moving into sales, he worked as a paralegal and later as an Executive Account Manager handling income tax cases, roles that really strengthened his attention to detail and ability to connect with people. He has always been curious about sales, and after getting a taste of it in previous roles, he knew he wanted to grow in that direction. That curiosity and drive are what brought him to RoboTalent.IQ. When he’s not working, you’ll probably find him outside whether it’s hiking, camping, hitting the beach, or playing just about any sport. He loves staying active and going on adventures with his dog. Fun fact: He is currently training his dog to compete in PSA, a protection sport that challenges both obedience and courage. It’s been a fun and intense journey for both of them.
