In 2018, Erik led the Management Buyout of PeopleSERVE, Inc., with a vision to modernize talent engagement through technology and data. His expertise spans post-acquisition integration, service expansion, and building people-first workforce solutions.

At RoboTalent.iQ, Erik leads with a mentor-first mindset, fostering a collaborative environment where innovation and growth thrive. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, golf, reading, and spending summer days on his boat in Charlestown.
