Eric brings over 20 years of industry experience to his role at RoboTalent. Most recently Eric was a regional leader at a New England based firm that started as a boutique, scaled, and eventually entered the public markets. He has distinguished himself in establishing solutions, that provide Just In Time Delivery, while still deliberately matching candidates with the right opportunities. Eric joined RoboTalent.iQ to position candidates and employers for success, as they learn new skills, and implement novel technology into their operations. He lives in Stratford CT with his wife Elizabeth.  In his free time Eric enjoys rooting for his adult children and his beloved Mets!
